1. Ticketing & Admission

Admission Tickets are priced at PHP 400 per day.
Livestream Tickets are priced at PHP 400 for 4-day access.
Each ticket includes eligibility to join the official raffle and an opportunity to receive giveaways.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry is permitted only with valid tickets issued through official channels.
Children below 3 feet in height may enter for free, provided they are accompanied by one paying guardian.

2. Event Hours & Entry Rules

Doors open at 11:00 AM and close at 9:00 PM daily.
All attendees are subject to security screening.
Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband or pass.
Prohibited items include outside food and drinks, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, and other restricted items as mandated by the venue.

3. Raffle Participation

Each purchased ticket automatically includes one raffle entry for a chance to win PHP 500,000 in cash.
The unique ticket number serves as the official raffle entry.
The raffle draw will be conducted on December 4, 2025, during the event.
Winners will be announced on-site and via official Team Payaman Fair communication channels.
Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed in accordance with event instructions. Valid identification may be required to claim winnings.

4. Activities & Influencer Engagement

Influencer appearances and event schedules will be announced through official social media platforms prior to and during the event.
Attendees are welcome to interact with influencers at designated booths respectfully.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in removal from the venue without refund.

5. Food & Beverages

Bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
Authorized food and beverage stalls will be available inside the event area.

6. Media, Photography & Content

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Team Payaman Fair reserves the right to use event media (photos, videos, audio) for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Personal photography and videography are allowed for non-commercial purposes, provided it does not obstruct or endanger other attendees.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

The organizers, sponsors, and venue shall not be held liable for any lost or stolen property, injuries, or damages incurred during the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The event will push through rain or shine, except in cases of government restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond the organizers’ control.

8. Code of Conduct

Respect all attendees, exhibitors, influencers, and staff.
Offensive behavior, harassment, or violations of venue rules will not be tolerated.
Violators may be removed without refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
